Superior Program Management

With a proven track record of successfully implementing and supporting clinical trial and study related payment programs since 2010, CT Payer will coordinate the activities of a cross-functional team. This team includes specialists from Compliance, Operations, Customer Service, Product Development and IT. Initially, CT Payer will be responsible for the design, testing and implementation of each card program. Post-launch, we will be responsible for all account management, servicing, and ongoing program support.

Proven Communication Materials

CT Payer understands that a critical component to any new program is the way in which it is communicated to study managers, study coordinators, and research participants. As such, we will provide proven communication materials to ensure each party understands how the CT Payer card program works along with all of the features and benefits.

On Demand Reporting

We view reporting as a critical tool for tracking and managing card programs. As such, CT Payer provides clients with access to detailed program reports available on demand via the CT Payer client portal. CT Payer will work with clients to satisfy any other reporting requirements.
